We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt, subject to order information and credit card authorisation. Any order placed over weekends we will aim to be dispatched on Monday (with the exception of bank holidays). For any special requirements, please email us: email@example.com.
UK Mainland Delivery
UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For® First Class, which aims to be delivered the next working day after dispatch, including Saturdays, with a signature upon arrival.
Please note that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
International orders are generally delivered within 5-10 working days, however can be subject to customs delay. Garments are sent via Royal Mail “Airsure” or “International Signed For” services.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
We accept payment through PayPal only.
PayPal is a much safer and simpler way to pay online than entering credit card details into other websites. Please do not send card details to us via phone or over the internet.
Setting Up PayPal
PayPal is a safe and really easy way to shop online. You can use it on eBay and many other online retailers – but if you’re unsure, head over to PayPal’s Help Section which will explain a bit more and guide you through signing up, which it’s free to do – you just need a working email address and you’re good to go.

Placing an Order
Placing an order on GUDA is easy. Simply find the products you like, add them to your Cart (which you can see the contents of by clicking on the small shopping cart icon in the top right corner of every page) and then click “Proceed to Checkout” on the Cart page. Then you will be guided through the payment process, and receive a confirmation email at the end to make sure everything is complete.
Accounts on GUDA
Although it is not compulsory to make an account on GUDA, we do recommend that new customers do so. It only takes a couple of minutes; this makes it easier for us to keep track of your purchases and details, and easier for you in case you shop with us in the future.
All items are subject to availability. If your order is not in stock GUDA will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternative solutions. If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, you will be advised by phone or email.

How Do I Track My Order?
To check if your order has been dispatched yet, you can click the “Order Tracking” link in the footer at the bottom of each page. This will ask for your order number and email address so make sure you have both of these to hand.
All EU orders are entitled to a cooling off period post-purchase in which you may revoke your order.
If you only wish to alter your order, please email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order.
If we receive your cancellation request prior to any goods being dispatched then you have nothing more to do; we will cancel the order and refund payment to the same PayPal account that was used in the original purchase.

Refunds & Exchanges
We have taken every care to produce the highest quality product. If however you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund or exchange the garment within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is still in perfect condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
All goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn (apart from trying on) and with all tags attached in their original packaging.

Please take care with unpacking and repacking. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn (other than for the purpose of checking the size) or have been washed.
We recommend that you send by registered post and retain proof of postage.
Refunds and exchanges are made through PayPal and within 7-10 days maximum after receipt of goods to allow for inspection.
Refunds will only be made against the PayPal account used in the original purchase of the goods.
We will not make refunds to a third party.
Please note that original postage will not be reimbursed and the return costs are not pre-paid; postage or other fees will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit; please use a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number.

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these Terms and Conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.
We may change the GUDA website and correct or update information (including product information) on it at any time without prior notice. Except in relation to the description of products and services available for order from our website, we do not guarantee and are not responsible for the accuracy of any information provided on the website. Although every effort is made, we do not represent or warrant that the material contained in the website, any of the functions of the website and the server will operate without interruption or delay or will be error-free, free from defects, viruses or bugs or compatible with any other software or material. Accessing the website is entirely at your own risk. You must not transmit through or to our website any defamatory, threatening, obscene, distressing, harmful or pornographic material or material which may infringe upon the rights of others (including intellectual property rights, rights of confidentiality or rights of privacy) or which does not comply with all relevant laws.

We have taken great care in presenting the materials and patterns of products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor’s display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are a completely accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before you place an order you should read the entire Customer Information page. This pages contains the distinct parts of these Terms and Conditions and contains important information regarding your order. By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed on our website – in this instance you will be refunded in full and given notification. If the Billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Delivery address details. All pyjama bottoms are hand made and therefore very minor imperfections may be present.
Guda Loungewear has taken great care to ensure that colours and products are displayed as close to the true product as possible. However variations of screen colour may occur and we cannot 100% guarantee the colour on your monitor is a true reflection of our product on delivery.
The short sleeved bamboo tops are “Fair Wear Foundation” accredited.
All of our clothing should be washed according to the specific care instructions on the product label. We do not accept any responsibility to wear and tear and damage to the product caused by incorrect care procedure.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
The contract between you and Guda Loungewear for the sale of any product commences at the point you receive a confirmatory email from Guda Loungewear that your order has been successfully processed.
Title in the goods transfers to you (the buyer) at the point at which they are dispatched from Guda Loungewear. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom.
Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Guda Loungewear irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
